Ind: Passive immunisation (after exposure) and treatment of diphtheria.
Dosage & admin: Prophylaxis- 500-2000 i.u, s.c or i.m injection.
Therapeutic-10000-30000 i.u by i.m injection, or 40000-100000 i.u by i.v injection in 2 divided doses with an interval of Vi -2 hours.
